The entire creation, all that exists, all that you see is permeated by a great mind and is an expression of this spiritual structure. Consciousness in turn consists of energy. Since all that exists is of energetic / spiritual nature, everything in the sequence also consists of energy. Here we can also talk about energetic states or energy, which in turn vibrate on a corresponding frequency. In this case, energy can have a high or a low level of vibration.
The effects of heavy energies
As far as the "low / reduced" frequency ranges are concerned, one can also talk about heavy energies, or so-called dark energies. Heavy energies mean energetic states that, first, have a low frequency, second, that they exert a negative influence on our own physical and mental constitution, and, third, that we are responsible for making people feel bad. Heavy energies, i.e. energies that are stressful for our own energetic system, are usually also a result of negative thoughts. For example, if you have a dispute with a person, you are angry, hateful, anxious, jealous, and all these emotions are of energetically low nature. They feel heavy and distressing, paralyzing us, making us ill and diminishing our own well-being. That's why we can also talk about energetically dense states. These energies also condense our own subtle dress, slow down our chakras in the spin, "slow down" our own energetic flow, and can even trigger chakra blockages. In the long run, energetic mental overloads are always transmitted to our own physical body, which in turn leads to physical health problems.
When this happens, the corresponding physical areas are no longer sufficiently supplied with life energy, which again can lead to serious illnesses. For example, if a person has a blockage in the root chakra, it could eventually lead to intestinal disease.
The connection of our chakras with our spirit
Of course, mental problems appear here as well. For example, a person who constantly suffers from existential fears blocks his or her root chakra, which leads to diseases in this region. Even existential fears that are normal in one's own mind are known as heavy energies. The mind can then permanently generate "heavy energies", which in turn burdens the body’s root chakra / intestine area. In this context, every chakra is also linked to certain mental conflicts. Existential fears, for example, are related to the root chakra, an unsatisfactory sex life with the sacral chakra, weakness of will or having no self-confidence would be associated with a blocked solar plexus chakra, the permanent hate in one's mind would be due to a blocked heart chakra; a person who is usually very introverted and dares not speak his opinion would have a closed throat chakra; a lack of sense for mysticism, for spirituality and a purely materialistic thinking is a consequence of a blockade front chakra and a sense of inner isolation, a sense of disorientation or a permanent feeling of emptiness (no meaning in life) would in turn be linked to the crown chakra. All of these mental states would be permanent “sites” of heavy energies that would make us sick in the long run. The feeling of heavy energies is also very overwhelming. For example, having a quarrel with a loved one is far from liberating, inspiring; on the contrary, it is very distressing to one's mind. Of course, it must also be said at this point that these energies have their justification.
Shadows and negative thoughts / energies are just as important to our own growth as positive ones. In this context, everything is part of our own existence, aspects that always show us our own current state of mind.
They always show that we miss our spiritual, i.e. divine connection and serve us as valuable lessons. However, if negative energies permanently persist, they tend to ruin us and should be replaced by light energies over time. At the same time, we humans can always find out which energies we produce and which not with the help of our own mind. We are the creators of our own destiny, the creators of our own reality.
C A T E G O R I E S:
“The day she realised, it was not about the world but was all about her, she grew the wings. The day she understood she was not answerable to any of them who always blamed and pointed her, she had the fire blazing in her eyes. She raised and soared towards the sky. The whole world looked at her in awe and wished if only they could be her. She was not confined to be on the ground anymore. She had the wings of fire and she left a trail everywhere she went, for other to follow.”
