Skin’s ecosystem (skin flora)
We are living beings, part of the cycle here on this planet and everything that creeps and flees on our skin fulfills one or more purposes.
The earth's surface is also populated, so it should be our skin.
A healthy body is populated by right bacteria which help it against the around “invaders”.
If we’re creating sterile surroundings by aggressive cleansing ourselves, we are actually creating “something unnatural”, which in turn wants to be either eliminated by nature or aggressively repopulated. Our body becomes vulnerable to microbes, which do not belong to us. Many people tend to create this vicious cycle, not realing that they are only damaging themselves. If you want a healthy skin, you need to break this cycle and get your real skin back.
You should now that soap destroys the healthy skin’s ecosystem. The nature does not want to harm us but is on our side. The only "vaccine" you should really give yourself is digging and playing in soil! You do not have to be a scientist to understand this. That's what Mother Nature does for you all by herself. Just stop working against it and everything happens by itself - in perfect proportion.
If anything: eco-soap
Soap and disinfectant products harm the environment when they enter the water (rivers, lakes, sea), and that's actually fatal! You should seriously think about that. If you still cannot let give up washing substances, then at least get you environmental-friendly ones which can be bought in almost any health food store today. You will quickly find some alternatives for laundry washing as well.
Why you should refrain from soap products:
• It damages the natural bacterial colonies of the skin (skin flora).
• Soap pollutes waters, the drinking one too.
• Many products still come in plastic packaging, producing enormous amounts of waste and increasing the demand for oil, encouraging raw material wars and the destruction of rainforest areas.
• Without washing products, you would gain a great deal of independence; you are once again master of your life and "need" a few things less.
• You cannot eat soap products, you shouldn’t put them on your skin, either.
Clean yourself with clear water, let your body be full of natural living “helpers” and you will be one of the most hygienic people. Do not be afraid of nature and its microbes. These are the ones that really make us real and healthy people.
It is always just about the balance and the environment that we provide to the healthy useful microbes. A true living human being is a home of these billions of little "fairies", who are helping to shape life for him, and always in his favor! They come from the earth, other living things, the air and fresh food.
Beautiful skin without cream
The coconut oil is a good help to get rid of artificial moisturizers of any kind.
Do you have dry skin? Then coconut oil is a great alternative. But, your goal should be to teach the skin how to heal itself - it's about independence! If you “force-feed” your skin over and over again, it has no way to activate its self-healing powers.
You can support your skin by:
Let the sunshine in! Sunscreen is unnecessary
The simple truth is: sun is necessary, sun gives life, sun gives good mood. It is extremely important for vitamin D synthesis. All you have to do is avoid being exposed to extreme heats, and thus avoid using chemicals such as sunscreen which are very detrimental to your skin, body and the entire health.
Your skin will be thankful to you, and your body as well.
Eat properly, and your body and skin will learn to protect themselves naturally.
Another important truth: Vitamin D is the sunshine vitamin that has been produced on this earth for more than 500 million years. Vitamin D deficiency leads to many chronic diseases including autoimmune diseases, some cancers, cardiovascular disease, infectious disease, schizophrenia and type 2 diabetes.
The less deodorant or deodorant alternatives come under the arms, the less there is something coming out right away. The lymph nodes under the arms are directly connected to the breast tissue and so, when omitting deodorants, you do good not only the skin under the arms, but you also contribute to the health of the breasts!
Deodorant alternative, without toxic aluminum: coconut oil.
Remember: do not put on the skin what you wouldn’t put into your stomach.
C A T E G O R I E S:
“The day she realised, it was not about the world but was all about her, she grew the wings. The day she understood she was not answerable to any of them who always blamed and pointed her, she had the fire blazing in her eyes. She raised and soared towards the sky. The whole world looked at her in awe and wished if only they could be her. She was not confined to be on the ground anymore. She had the wings of fire and she left a trail everywhere she went, for other to follow.”
