Even when it comes to our selection of drinks, we often tend to have heavily sugared soft drinks (i.e. drinks enriched with industrial sugar), milk drinks and coffee. We often underestimate the effects of a natural diet and do not understand why we suffer from certain physical disorders. But the consequences are serious. Soft drinks such as cola and other soda drinks or in general sweets start tasting just awful, because our natural receptors become awakened again. The gustatory perception (taste) therefore changes significantly by a corresponding change in diet and you experience a "new development" of your own sense of taste. Due to the numerous positive effects of such a diet (improvement of the sense of taste, sharpening of the senses, considerable increase of the own will power, healthier charisma, purer complexion, balanced mind), one will not miss the old, unnatural diet.
