Feminine energy is the creative force of nature. In Hindu and Buddhist traditions it is known as Kundalini energy. Kundalini is a Sanskrit word that translates as a serpent or snake. The reason why Kundalini is compared to and depicted as a serpent is because it is coiled in and lays dormant at the base of the spine.
When awakened, Kundalini energy surges up the energy channels through the body, filling your body with exitement, ectasy and pleasure. When allowed to flow freely, Kundalini energy becomes the soul’s celebration of life.
Kundalini as pure energy is not located in the physical body, but in the energy body surrounding the physical body, which is electromagnetic field known as Aura. The soul, according to Eastern philosophy, incarnates in the physical world and experiences life through the physical body. Through this electromagnetic field called Aura the physical and spiritual worlds are connected. It is worth mentioning and knowing that “physical”, “energetic” and “spiritual” are complimentary aspects of the Self. You feel whole and connected with everything around you only when you honor and embrace all three of these aspects, i.e. your being in its completeness.
Some people reject this energy and view it as a basic urge that is not spiritual and only meant for reproduction purposes, which is a huge misconception, leading to various misinterpretations (remember: it is first and foremost the most powerful creative force). On the other hand, others accept it through its physical expression only, which again means enjoying only one aspect. But this energy has many more aspects - it is the energetic connection between both worlds. Honoring all aspects of yourself, both psysical and spiritual your body becomes a holy temple , a pure celebration of your soul and your divine nature.
Kundalini is at work whenever you create, dance, laugh and enjoy pleasures in life, be they physical, mental or emotional. This is why it is wrong to link it exclusively to the acts serving in procreation purposes. Allow yourself to enjoy your body abundantly and to the fullest, and you will increase the flow of Kundalini energy. Feminine energy is a manifestation of your divine nature, strong, powerful, nurturing, deep, useful and irrisistable. By embracing it, you are allowing the magic of your soul to shine through your body.
Techniques for increasing feminine energy:
There are a number of techniques for awakening and increasing your energy flow and rise your Kundalini. One of the most amazing and practised is dancing. Dance whenever and wherever you can, and to the whatever type of music you feel comfortable with, be it slow or fast. Get comfortable with your body. Feel it. Enjoy it. Let it flow and move freely.
Spend time with women whose company makes you feel happy. When women get together, they recharge each other. By spending time with your female friends, whether it is a good conversation, doing sports, yoga, pursuing your favorite hobbies, going dancing, or going shopping, you enrich each other’s feminine energy. By sharing your energy and receiving a good one, you support and empower each other! The strength of women is in unity.
Another powerful way is meditation. Meditating on chakras (energy centers within your energy body) directly and significantly increases the flow of Kundalini energy. There are lots of meditative techniques. You can practise, choose the ones which suit you best (I'll touch upon this subject, too). At its most powerful expression, Kundalini opens the doors to high meditative states that lead to Enlightenment.
Love, live, laugh, dance freely! Do not feel shame or shy. Embrace the joy of life to the fullest.
C A T E G O R I E S:
“The day she realised, it was not about the world but was all about her, she grew the wings. The day she understood she was not answerable to any of them who always blamed and pointed her, she had the fire blazing in her eyes. She raised and soared towards the sky. The whole world looked at her in awe and wished if only they could be her. She was not confined to be on the ground anymore. She had the wings of fire and she left a trail everywhere she went, for other to follow.”
