We smoked our first cigarettes, repeated this activity, and conditioned / programmed our own subconscious. In this regard, a human possesses countless programs. Some result in positive, others in negative actions. Some of these thoughts control us, others don’t. But in today's world, most people have thoughts / programs that are basically negative in nature. These negative programs, for example, are due to early childhood traumas, formative life events or even self-created circumstances (such as smoking). The problem with that is that all the negative thoughts / programs dominate our own minds on a daily basis and make us sick as a result. Aside from distracting us from consciously drawing power from the everlasting present moment, they simply distract us from the essential (the creation of a positive mind, a life of harmony, love and happiness) and permanently lower our own vibration frequency - which leads to an unbalanced mind- body-soul system resulting in the development of diseases.
Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your words, for they become actions. Pay attention to your actions, because they become habits. Watch your habits, for they become your character. Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.
For this reason, it is again important that we no longer be dominated by negative thoughts / programs on a daily basis, but that we begin to create a life in which we feel completely free, a life free of dependencies, constraints and fears. Of course, this does not just comes to us, but we ourselves must be active and reprogrammed by changing our own subconscious mind. Every human being is also the creator of his own life, of his own reality, and can at any time, in any place, take his own destiny into his own hands again.
The “meeting” with our own life takes place in the present moment. And the meeting place is exactly where we are now.
Basically, this also shows how much potential each person has. With our thoughts, we can create or destroy lives, can attract / manifest positive life events or even negative life events. We are just what we think. Everything we are rises out of our thoughts. We form the world with our thoughts.
