Why it is important to be aware of the food you consume and why this works true miracles in your body and mind
Conscious nutrition (eating) is something that has been forgotten for some time. Instead of eating naturally and, above all, consciously, we tend to overconsume because of countless ready meals, sweets, soft drinks and other chemically contaminated foods or because of our own addiction to these foods. In this context, we also often lose track of our own eating habits, develop food cravings, eat almost everything that comes in our fingers and completely lose the feeling of a conscious diet.
Becoming aware of the foods we consume
Nutrition awareness seems overlooked, people do not pay attention to the quality or the effects of individual products, but eat what they feel like, without worrying about the effects. On the other hand, there are also people who think about the negative effects of energetically dense foods ("foods" that have a very low Bovis value or whose nutritional/natural properties have been almost completely destroyed, i.e. low vibration foods). Eating habits are shaped differently in every individual, and people do not easily notice or are not even ready to recognize their addictions. It is a great step for an individual to admit that he has developed a strong addiction to certain foods in the course of his life, such as: coke, ready-made products, fries, bags full of sweets... Why should you voluntarily feed yourself with poison, something that interferes with the body's own functions, something that in turn is responsible for the development of countless diseases, something that at the end of the day only boosts your desire to crave more and has a negative effect on your entire mental and spiritual state.
Consuming energetically dense foods disturbs our natural energy flow, damages our cels, our DNA and weakens our body's immune system.
We only do this out of pure addiction. Apart from that, the consumption of energetically -dense foods gives no advantages whatsoever. Of course, there are some people who equate a natural diet with fasting and claim that only occasional food consumption does them good.
How certain foods contribute to clouding of consciousness
True balm for the soul through food comes when you have developed a strong nutritional awareness, if you feel the rapid increase in your own willpower, if, a natural diet contributes to the creation of a perfectly clear state of consciousness in your body, if you are proud of your own health and your own well-being and if you feel that the food is helping you fight illnesses. Then you also realize that occasional renunciation/fasting basically does not exist. On the contrary, one then gains an indescribable feeling of mental clarity, is extremely dynamic, and possesses much stronger body awareness. Apart from that, you also have a feeling of "perfect health". A person who eats completely naturally usually also knows that he can hardly ever get sick (except in extreme cases, of course, such as: nuclear radiation or other highly dangerous occasions). Apart from our own early childhood traumas and other mental stress (everything is a product of our own mind), diseases are the result of a disturbed physical environment. This disturbance also results from an unbalanced diet or unnatural diet.
Unnatural diet permanently reduces the frequency of our own state of consciousness, which subsequently leads to a dormant and cloudy state of consciousness.
Through unnatural diet, we deprive ourselves of a high energy level, we feel lethargic, depressive, heavier, are tired. Our own willpower gets weaker and consequently the expression - the use of our own creative abilities ("more passivity, not activity").
A natural / alkaline diet does wonders
You limit yourself by your own actions obstructing thus the high performance you could actually provide. This in turn also shrinks your own intellectual spectrum, which fundamentally makes us act and behave more negatively. We are then also more prone to diseases, because our body's cell environment is such that it then also favors illnesses. But as is already known, no disease can exist, let alone arise, in an alkaline, i.e. oxygen-rich cell environment. For this reason, the path to health does not lead through the pharmacy, but through the kitchen. Through natural (alkaline-based) diet, we can rid ourselves of many diseases. For example, if person has eaten completely naturally for 2 weeks, then he has developed a much stronger body awareness during that time. This in turn can be felt on all levels of existence. Apart from that, you cannot even take many ready meals at all. For example, if you have been drinking cola, it would be repulsive to you, as the restoration of the original taste receptors could not possibly be avoided. We may have made ourselves dependent on certain foods, but basically were not created for an unnatural lifestyle. Otherwise, this would not lead to a physical disintegration, make us age extremely fast and accelerate the development of diseases.
In the end, one thing worth mentioning is that it is not quite easy to get rid of these dependencies. Since we have been conditioned to eat energetically dense foods for many years, our subconscious mind is really full of these negative "nutritional programs", so it is no easy task to free it from this and to reprogram it. Nevertheless, it is not a matter of impossibility, but a mental scenario, which is waiting to be realized by us humans. We are the creators of our own reality. We are the creators of our own destiny and only we ourselves are able to re-initiate a change in this regard. However, the feeling we get from it is so unique, so positive, so warm, that it is hard to describe it.
