The popular saying is that if you have some of these things in the house, they attract misfortune. Superstition? Might be. But there may also be something true in it. Especially when you combine that with the power of attraction of the existing energies. For example, you have many bad days one after the other, you are not successful in what you do, you are unhappy, etc. Well, say goodbye to these things, put them out of your apartment/ house and look if something in your life changes.
Alicia Keys:"Every time I left the house, I would be worried if I didn't put on makeup," she wrote. "What if someone wanted a picture?? What if they POSTED it??? These were the insecure, superficial, but honest thoughts I was thinking. And all of it, one way or another, was based too much on what other people thought of me."
Here are the benefits known to all those women who do not really care about applying make-up on their faces:
A simple life, freedom, and lightheartedness – actually, we all want that. But in our modern world, this simplicity is often overseen: excessive consumption and unneeded possessions seem to be, at least superficially, the real “values” in people’s lives.
In many cases employees even feel the demands and problems of their colleagues or supervisors are so bad that they have a negative impact on their health and private lives.
This began later with women, too, and more and more of them started cutting off their magnificent antennas.
This was explained by fashion trends and with convenience which is attached to short hair.
The following quotes show the importance of long hair:
Willy Schrödter, reported 1963 on page 620 in "The other world", "All sorts of occult oddities"
"Hair as transmitting and receiving antennas"
When the Philistine Kokotte Dalila shaved off the curls of the Nasirean judge Samson in his sleep (Bible Judges, XVI; 17f), his power had gone from him.
Afterwards "Wonder Apostle" Professor Hans Sterneder (* 1889) stated:
"One thing is certain, that by cutting off her hair, a woman deprives herself of a great source of power, for her hair absorbs and sustains very increased cosmic magnetism." (Sterneder, Hans: Spring in the Village, Leipzig, 1929; p.105)
The same view was taken by the medical practitioner Karl Wachtelborn, who was known at the time, and asked the question:
"Why do sheared horses need more food than those who have had their hair left?"
(Wachtelborn, Karl: "The medicine on an energetic basis and the law of epidemics", Hellerau-Dresden, 1940; 1, S.64-65)
General physician med. Felix Buttersack (1865-1950) says:
"Perhaps the hair of the females serves as the first, still visible section of an unconscious psychic transmitting apparatus. In the early Middle Ages, virgins wore long, loose hair (each hair was an antenna) ... and when girls entering a convent had to cut off their hair ornaments, they cut off their antennae to their psychobiological environment. "(Buttersack, Felix: "Soul Rays and Resonance" Leipzig, 1937; p.38)
In the book "The Golden Band" is on p.230 the following on the subject of hair:
"While Samson was sleeping a woman cut off his hair, the seat of his gigantic creativity. The tantric sexual power is hidden in the head. The Semitic-Moon related religion prevailing in the Pisces epoch symbolizes emasculation of the church tonsure and sterilization by cutting off the hair of a budding nun. St. Paul declares that he wants to make eunuchs out of all Christians. The kings of divine origin had dense hair growth, they were hairy all over and never cut their hair, as a sign of their kingship. The Pelasgar were hairy. The Sihks in India, a warlike race, never cut their hair. These are the Aryans from the time of the invasion of Alexander the Great. The Merovingian kings will one day resurrect from their graves with their mane-like blond, hyperbolic hair. The shepherd kings of the Hyksos are said to have had dense and, like Esau, long hair
The following findings about hair have been handed down by a shaman to students
- Forearm hair indicates a natural domination
- Front thigh hairs show how to grow
- Head hair generally informs about emotional states of a person
- Breast hair indicates strength
- Abdominal hair is a great source of energy
- Back hairs indicate animal dominance
- Pubic hair helps with orgasm concentrating energy, male front, female down
- Armpit hair indicates compassion
Even the magnificent natural scientist, Victor Schauberger (1885-1958), says the following about hair:
"It is deeply regrettable that women are beginning to imitate men. Bald heads are truly a shabby appearance and a trend of a time when everything goes awry and where much is neither beautiful nor beneficial. No wonder that even in nature one can see more and more “baldness” prevailing: mountains without forests, places without trees and grass. When the places that nature has covered with its own “hair” such as trees and grass become bald, they become barren and there is no fertility in them. Whereas in the old days, when a linden woman's hand stroked a bushy man's head to make the sensation sparkle and crackle, today no massaging, no washing of the head and brushing would be enough to lure even a tiny ray of hope out of a more or less aged bald head. "(Book:" Victor Schauberger "by Franz Ferzak, p.224-225)
Everyone can now judge for themselves. A current example on this topic is the movie Lord of the Rings. Even there, all people have long hair. Why is this?
Well, because hair is antennas!
A woman should not let her long hair cut short, because the tips of her hair are connected to the female aura. If a woman cuts off her hair, her female aura is massively disturbed - even destroyed.
Women can certainly sense and know the feeling of sadness that causes almost physical pain when the hairdresser has cut their hair too short. Hair is more than a beauty.
Anyone who has abundance of creativity and new ideas coming along can count himself lucky. Not only are creative minds perceived by their fellow human beings quite differently – but creativity simply makes life easier and more exciting. Ingenuity, however, is not only desired in the advertising or media industry, but in everyday situations, as well. What to do if you want to come up with a delicious meal in a hurry, but the fridge does not give you much useful stuff? Or what do you do when you have an unpleasant task of buying the appropriate birthday present for the boss? This is where one needs to be creative. Unfortunately, there is no magic wand or drugs that can increase your creativity. However, a few simple suggestions can help the lazy mind.
Trust your creative intuition
Anyone who considers himself a rather boring, and accomplishes tasks strictly according to "Scheme F" stifles any creativity in the bud. Everyone can be creative and produce ideas. Basically everything is a question of inner attitude and this should - just like spontaneous ideas - always be positive.
With sudden appearance of self-doubt, it is advisable to mentally revive the moments in which you were shining with particular ingenuity. Anyone who completely rejects any creativity should make do with suitable role models. It does not matter if this person is a friend or somebody famous. The main thing is that one has sincere admiration for this person and thinks about how the chosen role model would act and react. So you can mentally try to play the role of this character in order to to fuel your own creativity.
Creativity needs goals and specifications
The whole thing sounds a bit paradoxical, but it is actually quite simple. The more precisely the framework is defined, the more targeted the ideas are. If you have a vague idea about how to work more efficiently on the job, you will achieve far less than someone who explicitly defines the areas in which action is needed. Increase your creativity by setting clear goals.
Even a realistic, well-defined period is important - especially for perfectionists. The longer you “break your head” about a project and the more you feel the need to make everything perfect, the faster ingenuity turns into boredom and unproductivity.
Change of perspective - other opinions for fresh ideas
It is advisable to occasionally think outside the box - and above all to listen. A so-called brainstorming can help in the process. However, it is usually a hard piece of work ahead before brilliant breakthroughs are achieved. Truly liberating there are conversations with bystanders, because strangers often have a refreshingly different view. If these are not complicated technical problems that require specific prior knowledge, it is even advisable to talk to someone who comes from a completely different area.
Take time out and increase your creativity
You are stuck and cannot find a suitable solution? Who lingers too long at a problem, often does not see the forest because of trees. In this case, it means intentionally setting the project aside. Take a break that leaves room for fresh ideas. This is possible by turning to something else or being physically active. A short walk, a jogging session in the park or a short break while immersing yourself in other worlds through movies or books can work real miracles. This is because the subconscious mind continues to deal with the problem and presents solutions often after a certain time. If you sleep over it one night, you usually have a good idea the next morning. Unfortunately, the unpredictability of ideas and creative thoughts is that they come up when you least expect them.
You cannot get creative with deadlocked behaviors
Even the simplest patterns of behavior affect creativity immensely. This is not against a solid routine that makes everyday life easier and more secure. But those who have been eating only one and the same type of food for years, who travel the same way to work every day and visit the main restaurant on weekends, they suffocate all creativity. The ingenuity comes out of unforeseen moments and everything that deviates from daily monotony. Ultimately, creativity and curiosity go hand in hand. Now you do not necessarily have to be creative to visit another restaurant, for example. However, breaking certain behavioral patterns regularly creates room for new ideas. The more one experiences these moments, the easier it is to think in new ways.
Anyone who has to reconcile work and family is automatically under great stress. Suddenly it is no longer just a question of meeting the demands of the job, but also of reconciling the needs of the children with all other obligations. In the endeavor to fulfill all these expectations and tasks as ideally as possible, it quickly falls away from the fulfillment of personal recovery phases.
What does the double burden of job and child really mean and how you can master it despite everything? Read here.
When the stress level climbs up
Even the "normal" everyday life can be very stressful: between work, household and shopping there often remains very little time when one can just relax and let the day fade away in peace. Many people complain - rightly so - about a very high stress level in everyday life. When the needs of a family come along, the stress level increases again. After all, it is no longer just your own demands and the deadline pressure at work that are in the foreground, but above all the needs of the children.
This burden used to be "solved" by a barely questioned role distribution: man went to work and earned the money for the family, while wife stayed with children and took care of the household. This “picture” of work and family has meanwhile changed. Women also want to realize themselves professionally, many men take more responsibility at home. Thus, both partners share the duties and burdens. Somewhat different is the situation with single parents: they handle everything alone, from work to household to the care of children, and are therefore usually under particular pressure.
The challenges of the job / child combination and its consequences
As easy as initially planned, it is usually not to get the family and the job under one roof - because even with the best planning, many factors cannot be foreseen. Sometimes one of the children is sick or you, and sometimes the car breaks down, sometimes your own parents need support, the friends, the rest of the family or the partner. That's how the responsibility is summed up and the challenges of everyday life seem to be growing bigger. These include, for example:
So, stress continues to increase and without enough time for recovery, it can have serious consequences on the health. The stress symptoms include among others
Assistance for the double burden - job and child
Be aware of the fact that you do not have to do everything on your own. You can ask others who are able to assist you. For example, babysitters, neighbors, or family members could pick up the children at the daycare center if it doesn’t collide with their work and responsibilities. This takes some pressure and hectic from your everyday life and gives you the opportunity to make better use of time - while the children are well looked after.
Do not stay alone with your worries. Talk to friends and acquaintances, browse the Internet for related forums, or visit parental groups or free-lancers in order to share with others. It's good not to be alone with problems and challenges. You can also give each other helpful tips and support.
Bring structure into your everyday life. Yes, not everything can be planned or predicted, but lots of things can. Think about the weekend with the partner and / or the people who help you. Discuss which appointments are pending, who needs to go where, where to stay while. It may also be useful to develop rough "contingency plans", such as what you do when one of the children becomes ill. That gives security and gives you a little more peace.
Take time for yourself and for your partner - without a guilty conscience. Try to consciously enjoy this time of rest and recharge your batteries. For example, agree to have a free Saturday in the month together with the partner, where you only have time for each other. In addition, you can integrate other fixed dates for sports, going out or just to relax in everyday life.
Are you dealing with too much stress at your workplace? It does not have to be so!
Here you will find out how to keep your head cool in all the stressful situations in your professional life and why a certain level of stress can even have a positive effect on your work.
Stress is a new widespread disease in the working place. No wonder: too much work, too little time, irritated colleagues and then also a boss; you simply feel overwhelmed and feel like you cannot accomplish things. While most people are able to withstand the enormous pressure, it is a fact that more and more people get sick due to too much stress in the job. But what can one do about too much stress in the workplace?
Stress trigger: permanent stress
Stomach pain, insomnia and irritability - too much stress has a negative effect on your body. Especially those who suffer from permanent stress find themselves in a vicious circle: In doing so, your body finds it difficult to relax in the long run and the constant stress even leads to more stress.
To a certain extent, stress can also have a positive effect on the body, be it to achieve higher performance or focused work to accomplish a challenging task. But too much of it will definitely lead to dicease.
How to stay relaxed: Effective tips against stress
1. Set priorities
Of course, it is important to do a good job in the office. Nevertheless, make sure that you do not neglect your family and friends. Set priorities and do not spend too much time on things that are not on your priority list.
2. Regular exercise
Regular exercise is important and has a positive effect on your body. On the one hand, during sport, the stress hormone adrenaline is broken down, on the other hand, the body becomes more efficient and resistant to stress through regular exercise. A tip: walk up and down a few floors or walk around the block - your body will thank you. Alternatively, you can combat stress by targeted breathing: breathe in for five seconds, hold your breath for five seconds, and then exhale until you have mentally counted to five. Repeat this for five minutes.
3. Avoid so called “leisure stress”
Language course, dance lesson, shopping - when rushing through your after-work hours after a long day at work, you will expose yourself to unnecessary stress. Therefore, treat yourself time and time to relax yourself. Think about what can reduce your stress level after work.
4. Sufficient and regular sleep
During sleep the body relaxes. In addition, the alternating rhythm of relaxation increases your performance at work. Sleep researchers assume that one should have at least seven and a half hours sleep per night.
5. Take a break
Even small changes can help. Take a break more often. Yes, short breaks can actually prevent fatigue and exhaustion. With simple measures, small breaks can be optimally integrated into your daily work routine: Go get a coffee more often, go to the printer or visit a colleague in his/her room instead of sending an e-mail.
6. Not always reachable
Separate professional from your private life. While accessibility is the magic word in our modern society, you do not need to be ready for work day and night. Turn off your smartphone or laptop if you do not want to be disturbed. This often makes life much less stressful.
7. Avoid distraction
A talkative colleague in the coffee corner, Facebook update from friends or the latest video on YouTube – studies show that the average office worker is distracted every eleven minutes. Distraction at work costs time, but also concentration and productivity suffer.
8. Positive thoughts
Focus on the positive things in your life. Whether it's the next dinner with your loved one, a theater visit or a date with friends - the thought of the really important thing in life has a positive effect on your mood and automatically reduces stress factors.
9. Learn to say “no”
You have to learn to say no! No one can be in multiple places or do a thousand things at the same time. Find out where your limits are and do not cross them. And sometimes you just have to say “no”. Even if you understand the needs of others, you also need to explain your own needs.
How does anxiety at workplace develop?
Ideally, the work should be fun - if you have discovered the right profession for yourself and you work with nice colleagues. But even a pleasant job can be stressful and tiring when the amount and complexity of tasks becomes challenging. To a certain extent, this can be compensated for in the leisure time; Stages of recovery and other activities will clear your mind.
However, if the load is too big, it can have far-reaching consequences. We spend at a lot of time at the workplace. If we are exposed to great stress, increasing hastiness and agonizing deadline pressure, this also has consequences on our private lives. Tiredness and restlessness accompany us at home - and thus prevent the relaxation that is urgently needed to cope with the stress in the workplace.
Reluctance or even fear of work can develop over a longer period of time. Factors that influence this include, for example:
These circumstances can significantly contribute to the fact that those affected feel overwhelmed in the job: The requirements are so great that it is no longer guaranteed that all activities and tasks can be successfully completed. In the long run, this creates great pressure - because most people want to do their job well, as they are driven by their own ambitions. If this is no longer possible, it is not only a source of dissatisfaction for a worker, and it also creates potential concern for the future. The fear of losing job also comes into focus. Step by step, even a fear of work can develop from this.
Anxiety at work: symptoms and risks
If work is no longer just work, but a stressor, combined with feelings of anxiety and overworking, it can ultimately affect the health. Most of people also develop physical ailments due to the anxiety at work, for example:
How to prevent anxiety at workplace
In order to make sure that you do not feel anxiety at work - or to alleviate existing problems - stress management at the workplace must be a top priority. Coping alone is often very difficult or impossible. Therefore, you might consider using therapeutic help or contacting a trusted person to whom you can describe your problem. Together, you can work on a strategy to gradually reduce the burden. This approach makes sense even with problems or conflicts with colleagues - an outsider can often judge the situation much better than someone who is directly involved.
To alleviate the burden of the work itself, you can, among other things:
The longer they were on the network, the lousy their mood was afterwards.
After comparing their lives with their friends’ lives on social networks, many people feel disillusioned and regret that their own life is not as exciting as that of the other. In many women, for example, envy easily arises at the sight of all the great bodies and pretty faces.
Do we need self-love in a society full of “self-lovers”?
Self-love is not an easy thing. Although in all the selfies and bikini photos, which are today quite natural and pop up uninvited on all social networks, there is also the question whether we should definitely love each other even better. Self-love, after all, is the basis of all self-confidence, and ultimately the key to finally being able to stop comparing oneself to others. This is why the healthy love we feel to ourselves tends to falter when comparing is taking place, and this is why “media fasting” is a good start. That means: more self-love leads to fewer comparisons and the need to show on the net what one actually is not. Problem solved.
Welcome to the age of narcissists and self-promoters
But where is the difference between healthy self-love and the completely exaggerated glorification of one's own person? Scientists are now talking about an "age of narcissists" in which adolescents already see themselves as a gift of God to humanity.
Narcissism is a striking self-love and exaggerated self-centeredness, explain psychologists. Narcissistic people are primarily concerned with themselves and are not interested in others. They overestimate themselves excessively and think they are entitled to all they want. Healthy self-love, on the other hand, is the acceptance of one's own personality, the acceptance of what and how one is. Self-love means trusting oneself, respecting oneself and appreciating one's own value. Self-acceptance plays a decisive role in this.
Women and competition
Many women today share the worry of being “in love with themselves” or even labeled as narcissistic. British linguistics expert Judith Baxter from Aston University in Birmingham found in a study that 90 percent of men make jokes at the expense of others. 70 percent of women, on the other hand, do this to each other. "As absurd as it sounds, this negative talk amongst women is actually meant to be positive," explains Kim Fleckenstein, personality development coach.
Sounds paradoxical at first, but from the evolutionarily point of view, this is deeply “embedded” in us. Throughout the course of human species development, the role of men was to compete with others, but women have always put more emphasis on the sense of belonging to the community. For women - obviously until today - it is important to have little threatening influence on others and to be able to build the largest possible community around them.
The way of evolution seems to be pretty unfair. Because at this point it makes life unnecessarily difficult for women.
Only those who love themselves can love others too - is that true?
What you hear over and over again is the phrase: "First learn to love yourself, then you are ready to give to and receive love from others". Sounds like some grandma's wisdom and somehow a bit spiritual. Is there really something to it? "That's really how it is," says Anne Heintze, therapist and founder of the Open Mind Academy; "accepting one's own person is the first step in gaining acceptance by others".
1. Stop comparing yourself to others
The entire “self-staging” on social networks makes you unhappy? Then stop following the persons who give you a bad feeling. No matter what feelings you may have, envy or anger, comparisons with celebrities or Insta beauties is only affecting you in a bad way, because the image that these people convey on the net is not real and is often not worth aspiring those same goals. Simply be the person you are. Do not try to be a copy of someone you do not know, and who has a bunch of worries, hardships, and problems that you do not have the chance to see in the online world.
2. You don’t have to be perfect – nothing is!
You do not have to be perfect. Neither for yourself, nor for others. Or, do you expect perfectionism from your environment? Probably not, because you know it does not exist. So why are you so strict to yourself? And what do you have at the end of your supposed perfection? Stick to the motto "Perfect is boring, human is beautiful!"
3. Dare do something different
What is it that you have you always wanted to do, but have so far put it off? Do not underestimate the feeling of being proud of yourself when you have achieved something. No matter what the challenge is - go for it and put all your strength and passion together into it and end up with the great feeling of having achieved your goal!
4. Shine bright - do not put out your light
No matter if it’s in the CV or an online dating profile: Do not put your light out! You are who you are, you can do something others cannot, which makes you a unique person. Stop listening to the phrases you’re directing to yourself, such as "I idiot!" or "Damn, I never do anything right". It's best to immediately delete this from your head. Thoughts manifest faster in your head than you think. Instead, praise yourself more often.
5. Take care of yourself
You should say "no" more often and have no guilty consciousness about it. Only no, without an explanation afterwards. Do you need time for yourself and do not feel like going out with the girls on the weekend? Then say that and do not make excuses. You woke up this morning with a splitting headache, but were not in the office 2 weeks ago because of the stupid cold? Who should take it as an offence now if you take a break today? Listen to yourself and your body. That too is self-love.
6. Be the person you want to be
Sometimes the reason why we somehow do not like ourselves is not due to our great modesty or because we were not praised enough in our childhood. Sometimes we can really suffer because we have chosen a life path that is not ours. We suddenly realize that we started law school only because of the parents or that we live with a man with whom we’re not compatible. And what now? Turn everything over, make everything new? The inconvenient answer is "Probably yes". Take a moment to ask yourself what you really expect from life and what life you would really like to live. It probably will not give quick answers, it may take a few weeks or months. And it's uncomfortable - but it's worth it. Anyone who dares to give up his previous, unwanted life and actually do what feels right and good, will then wish to have taken the step much earlier.
Start today to be the person you’ve ever really wanted to be. Self-love will not feel that difficult for you anymore. Promised.
C A T E G O R I E S:
“The day she realised, it was not about the world but was all about her, she grew the wings. The day she understood she was not answerable to any of them who always blamed and pointed her, she had the fire blazing in her eyes. She raised and soared towards the sky. The whole world looked at her in awe and wished if only they could be her. She was not confined to be on the ground anymore. She had the wings of fire and she left a trail everywhere she went, for other to follow.”
