According to traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine, hot boiled water is very important, not only for maintaining hygiene, but for drinking as well. There is the knowledge that water keeps and contains information, which was explored by water scientist Masaru Emoto. Besides containing lots of healthy minerals, water from the water pipe also contains a lot of negative information, so it is not considered as the ultimate healthy drink.
This information is transported throughout the human body and are not necessarily helpful. Water even changes visually as an information carrier, if it is exposed to different circumstances and then viewed under the microscope.
Water - vital for everybody everywhere
Infants consist 90% of water, children 80%, adults 70% , and elderly 50-65%. As the water content in humans decreases, so does the energy and vitality. Especially old people tend to drink relatively small amounts of water, which may even speed up the aging process. Also about 70% of the earth is covered by water.
Like everything in the world, water also consists of vibrations and fields. Approximately 70% of the water is around the cells of the human body, which "swim" in the water, so to speak. Our cells absorb all the information that we perceive in the course of our lives, both consciously and unconsciously. The information carrier water thus has an enormously important importance, since the cells are virtually embedded in the water and fed with additional information. The ability to use water as an information store is used in homeopathy with success.
Acute dehydration in the cells leads to cell death, favours discomfort and disease in the affected organs or areas of the body and is one of the main factors for the unwanted and accelerated aging process. Humans require at least 1.5 liters of water daily, but as a pure drinking fluid in the form of spring water or carbonated mineral water. The rest of the liquid that the human needs, can be taken by food such as fruits, vegetables, fruit juices, etc.
Detoxify your body with hot boiled water
Boiled water is neutral, has altered physical properties and leaves room for new information that can be consciously created in the body. Why would you supply yourself with possibly negative information when you can do the opposite? Detoxification is much more effective with boiled water. Of course, pollutants can not be completely avoided by boiling the water, e.g. if the pipes are old and poisoned.
In Ayurveda, small drops of boiled hot water are drunk several times a day to purify and detoxify the body. The water should be boiled for at least 5 minutes, so that it is better absorbed by the body and has the desired detoxifying effect. It is recommended to boil the water once and keep it warm in a thermos, and then drink in small sips throughout the day.
Water, even unboiled, should never be kept near electrical appliances or power sources.
