No other food pleases our heart and soul as much as sugar. And although we know very well that such a ”sugar rush” is not good for our body at all - our senses cheer enthusiastically!

Therefore, you should be extremely careful when you notice the following 5 things appearing in and on your body. They are small warning signs that indicate you are definitely eating too much sugar!
You should especially be careful when it comes to processed sugars found in many sweets and drinks.

1. Constant appetite for sweets

The more sugar you eat, the stronger your appetite for sweets will be. In this sense, sugar actually works as an addictive substance: it triggers an instant high level, which naturally drops down very easily making your body crave for more.

2. Tiredness

If you feel tired and exhausted all the time, it may be due to your excessive sugar intake. Your energy level is closely linked to your blood sugar level; if this is unstable, your energy suffers too.

3. Skin problems

Are you still struggling with nasty pimples and breakouts even if you’re not in teen years? This, too, can be related to a fluctuating blood sugar level. Not only good old chocolate is to blame: many other processed foods and drinks contain more sugar than we think!

4. Caries and other teeth problems

Despite good oral hygiene, do you always have to fight with new holes in your teeth? Then you should considerably cut down on your sugar consumption. Caries and bacteria are known to love sugar even more than we do.

5. Feeling completely dizzy

After eating your head feels strange, somehow completely fogged? Again, the blood sugar level is to blame: If it constantly falls and rises, this has an effect on your concentration. Therefore: lower sugar levels and stay smart.

“The day she realised, it was not about the world but was all about her, she grew the wings. The day she understood she was not answerable to any of them who always blamed and pointed her, she had the fire blazing in her eyes. She raised and soared towards the sky. The whole world looked at her in awe and wished if only they could be her. She was not confined to be on the ground anymore. She had the wings of fire and she left a trail everywhere she went, for other to follow.”
